Asbestos found at Cosham TEC

The stores hub building at Cosham TEC has been found to be contaminated with white asbestos fibres in the dust.

If you have had reason to enter this building during your time with BT or Monteray, please carry out the following actions:-

Download, fill in and save the following file on your PC - Asbestos exposure registration form

On the BT intranet go to http://btpeople.intra.bt.com, Click on Employee Self Service, then Create a Case.

Select Category: as "Safety", Specialty Type: as "USR or Asbestos Register query",

Detail: leave blank, Summary: Enter "Asbestos Exposure"

Problem Details: Enter "The Stores building at Cosham TEC, has tested positive for Asbestos Fibres in the dust onsite."

then enter why you think you have been exposed.

At the bottom of the screen, click the "Attach File" button, then browse to find and attach the file you saved earlier.

Click Submit.
