LEARN BT

Learn BT are online courses provided by a 3rd party company

BT have paid this provider to allow all BT / Openreach employees
and up to 5 of their friends or family, to learn I.T. Skills (plus others).

BT do not run the site, nor do they insist that any employee uses the courses.

The courses are non accredited (i.e. you do not get a qualification at the end of it, only better I.T. Skills).

The CWU highly recommend these courses, for members (and their families), who wish to improve their I.T. Skills.

These courses are done via an interactive program, that shows you what to do, then asks you to try it.
They are done in modules, with a test at the end of each module, to check that you have understood it.

The Cosham Learning Centre will be available for any members who wish to try these courses, on our pc's
in a training centre away from all other distractions, with an experienced ULR to help you if needed.

These Courses can also be done at home on any PC connected to the Internet (but not the BT Intranet, e.g. BT provided laptops).

Close family of members (if accompanied by the member) can use the Cosham Learning Centre, to do these courses.
